CUISINE:	Global Asian Cuisine is what our food represents. Our concept is using Asian techniques with Asian ingredients to present a dish that is traditional to its roots, but still have a global appeal for all palettes to enjoy. Our menu is an exploration on the variety of what Asian cuisine has to offer. Our goal is to create a menu of new comfort food for the neighborhood and regulars as well as a unique dining experience for our new customers

BEVERAGES:	Our selection of beverages was developed to complement the dining experience. Our cocktail list is made up of a variety of spirits, mixed with some of the unique Asian ingredients used in our kitchen to come up with a unique take on some familiar favorites. Our wine list was developed with our food in mind. With the difficult task of pairing wine and Asian food, varietals were chosen that we feel would work best with our menu. There is a large selection of lighter wines to go with the spices, as well as some bold reds that complement our heavier meats.

SEATING:	There are two rooms to MERCURY LOUNGE. The main dining room has 50 seats for sit down dining, a communal table that can hold up to eight as well as eight seats at the bar. The lounge area has a three dining booths that can hold 4-6 people, bar seating of eight and several random seats throughout the lounge Total seats: 98

PRIVATE EVENTS:	Both rooms are available for private events. Each room is equipped with a full bar, large flat screen TV and music system. Lounge area can accommodate 40-50 for standing reception, and the dining room can accommodate about 85 for standing reception. NIGHTLIFE:	From trivia to live music and our resident and guest DJs playing music on a regular basis from Tuesday night to Saturday nights from 9:30PM on. Most events are free to the public, however on occasion, private bookings will close off our nightlife events and may require an entrance fee. Please feel free to contact us to get more info.

PARKING:	There is plenty of street parking available, as well as a several parking lots in the area. The most convenient is the one next door to us. There is a charge to park and currently it is $5. Unfortunately we are not in control of pricing and they may be subject to change. Please also be aware of street parking restictions (street cleaning and time limit parking)

Join us tonight for our last dinner service. Kitchen will close midnight tonight or till the food runs out, whichever comes first.
